Come on give us a kiss!

It is race number 2 at 1.15pm and there are 10 entrants. Starspect will have sadllecloth number 4 and will come from barrier number 2. Speccy will have young apprentice Nick Hall aboard for the first time, claiming 3kgs from 56.5 bringing her down to .5 above the limit on 53.5kgs.

She has raced at Sandown before for a second up fifth and like that run a year ago we are hopeful that she will work into this race and work home.

Some rain is forecast for Tuesday night but early reports are for a good track. Some of the entrants are double nommed for a race on Thursday but all jocks have been declared.

The handicapper sharpened his pancil after her Yarra Valley renewal and she lost one rating point from her last effort and now rates at 77.

In other news: Lookout for the little 2yo Uncle of Speccy by Fasilev who looks like making his racing debut at Newmarket, England on Wednsday with L Dettori in the saddle.
